Working with Gerard and Yamry Construction was the best decision we made during our office move. After looking around at several properties, we decided to move into a suite which hadn’t been built-out. We only had a three (3) week timeframe to take the space from concrete floors to fully finished and move in ready. Gerard put together a team of skilled partners and worked closely with the city to ensure our permits were completed and the job was completed on-time. In addition to his timeliness, he was also significantly more affordable then the other contractors we interviewed. Gerard not only focused on getting the work done, but acted as a consultant through the process by making recommendations related to doors, lighting, and the office layout.
