Our History
Founder Gerard Yamry has worked in the construction industry since the young age of 16. His career began as an extra hand with his brother’s construction company.
Gerard forged ahead and began a new partnership in 1986 called Yamry-Zwilling Construction.
Two years later, Yamry Construction was established as a sole proprietorship. Gerard’s wife Lisa joined the company as Office Manager in July 1990. After years of successful service in both residential and commercial construction, Yamry Construction was incorporated on January 29, 1998.
It’s truly a family business. Son Travis have been very active in a number of ways throughout the years. Travis has joined the company full-time, and continues to work as a skilled carpenter, manager and estimator. Yamry Construction also employs from five to ten talented tradesmen to serve their customers.
