Working with Gerard and Yamry Construction was the best decision we made during our office move. After looking around at several properties, we decided to move into a suite which hadn’t been built-out. We only had a three (3) week timeframe to take the space from concrete floors to fully finished and move in ready. Gerard put together a team of skilled partners and worked closely with the city to ensure our permits were completed and the job was completed on-time. In addition to his timeliness, he was also significantly more affordable then the other contractors we interviewed. Gerard not only focused on getting the work done, but acted as a consultant through the process by making recommendations related to doors, lighting, and the office layout. He and his crew provided way more than we expected when we hired him. We would highly recommend Gerard and Yamry Construction to any commercial and residential client.
We had a vision of turning the steel shell of a New Flyer transit bus into a working model for our Mobility Training Center in downtown St. Cloud. The Yamry crew did a great job making our bus shell look and function just like an actual New Flyer bus.
Yamry Construction completed general construction work during the Holiday Inn Express 2014 public areas remodeling project. The bid was awarded to them based on reputation and fair pricing. The work performed during the project included demolition, drywall finishes, and rough carpentry. Most impressive is the quality of drywall finish work, with smooth finishes and attention to details. Any request for changes were handled in a prompt and professional manner.
During the remodeling, Yamry construction crew worked diligently to be considerate of hotel guests, being attentive and proactive to their needs. This was extremely important as the remodeling work was completed in the hotel lobby, having an impact on every guest entering the hotel. At times they paused work to allow for guests interaction, were always considerate of hotel staff’s needs, and worked to maintain cleanliness both during the work and at the end of each day. They were careful throughout the project to maintain a safe work environment and travel paths while construction work was being completed. Each crew member was consistently pleasant and professional.
Hotel staff and ownership were very pleased with the results of work performed by Yamry Construction and look forward to working with them again in the future.
